Treatment summary
his case shows a great example of resolving complex crowding and misaligned teeth. In the "before" picture, the patient's upper right canine was severely blocked out and pushed high up near the gumline due to a major lack of space. The neighboring lateral incisor was also pushed backward, causing an uneven smile line, heavy crowding, and an incorrect biting relationship with the lower teeth.
Treatment Strategy
We used our precise digital software to create a step-by-step alignment plan:
Making Space: Widening the arch slightly and organizing space so the crowded teeth could move safely.
Bringing the Canine Down: Guiding the high, out-of-line canine down into its proper, natural position.
Straightening & Leveling: Aligning the front teeth perfectly to fix the bite and create a smooth, beautiful smile line.
The Result
The "after" picture shows a fantastic transformation. The high canine is now perfectly in place, and the crowded teeth are completely straight. The upper and lower teeth meet together beautifully, giving the patient a wider, healthier, and much more confident smile.
