Treatment summary
This case demonstrates an advanced clear aligner intervention addressing severe dental crowding and a significant eruption anomaly. The initial clinical presentation is characterized by a severely blocked-out, high ectopic upper left canine (#11/23) erupting high in the labial vestibule due to an extreme lack of arch space. Additionally, the patient exhibited significant lower anterior crowding, heavy calculus accumulation, an uneven smile line, and localized, severe gingival inflammation directly related to the malocclusion and difficult oral hygiene maintenance.
